Problem: I'm only getting channels up to 13.
Possible Cause: The signal
type may be on the wrong setting on the TV set.
Remedy: There may be
a button labeled CATV on the remote control or on the
television set. That button must be set to the CATV mode.
Switch the button to the CATV mode to allow access to
all the channels. Back to Top ^
Problem: There is a buzzing noise on the audio for the channels.

on your television may be set too high.
Remedy: Turn the volume down by using the volume button
on your television set until the buzzing stops. Then use
the remote control for the cable converter box and adjust
the volume up to the level that meets your satisfaction.

Problem: All
of the cable channels are snowy or fuzzy.
Possible Cause: Your TV or VCR may be tuned to the wrong
channel.
Remedy: The television set must be tuned to Channel 3. If
you are using your VCR it should be tuned to Channel 3. If
you are not recording turning off the power on your VCR may
help. Check your cable connections (wires and fittings) to
ensure they are screwed on tight. If the problem still exists

Problem: All
of the digital channels are showing however, the channel
guide does not list the program description. The channel
guide displays "To
be Announced."
Possible Cause: The digital converter lost power due to
either a power failure or a wall switch turned in the off
position.
Remedy: Plug the digital converter directly into a wall
outlet. Do not use an outlet that is controlled by a wall
switch because if the switch in the off position it will
kill the power to the wall outlet. If you still receive the
message after 45 minutes you may have a signal problem and
may need a service call. Please call customer care at 779-9999
